I know this may not be the right platform to ask for help, but I’m honestly desperate right now.

My father’s bank accounts were recently breached, and unauthorized transactions were made through Atome and MayBank. We’ve already contacted both companies through email. MayBank replied and said that the investigation/process may take up to 75 banking days, while Atome asked us to wait patiently for updates.

We’re feeling lost and overwhelmed, and I just want to ask if there’s anything else we should do while waiting. Has anyone here experienced something similar before? Are there people knowledgeable about banking fraud or disputes who could give advice on the next steps we should take?

Any help or guidance would mean a lot. Thank you.
