Hello! I have a question that I don't think I've ever seen asked before. Mayne very stupid, maybe very interesting lol.

My sister and I started making kombucha with store bought kombucha. The starter was weak so we spent some weeks making a strong enough to start brewing kombucha.

We brewed a total of 3 jars, each around 2 liters of starter liquid. The liquid is too sour to make kombucha of, so we will use it as starter liquid and are planning to use leftovers for a scoby hotel.

Now the important question: is it possible to mix the leftovers of each jar, so that we have one big jar for the scoby hotel? Is your advice to just throw some leftovers and not mix?
