I'm a digital marketing that just got hired at an insurance agency to do marketing for them, and it's less PCC, digital marketing based, which is what I'm used to (Google Ads, etc). It's more working with partners, getting referrals, and marketing on social media.

Does anybody work in this field? Any advice? Anything I should know going in? Would be much appreciated
