Sanity check on price — inherited a TOAD. Am I off?

Looking for some honest input from people who actually flat-tow.

My relative passed, and I ended up with their 2006 Honda CR-V EX 4WD. 78k miles, runs great. Turns out it was set up as a toad for their RV — Roadmaster 1555-1 base plate up front, diode wiring with a 6-pin at the bumper, and the under-dash fuse bypass toggle. I don't RV myself, so half this stuff has been a Google and ChatGPT rabbit hole for me. (Also: they stuck Apple CarPlay in at some point.)

It's one of the Japan-built ones (J-VIN, Sayama plant — apparently a thing people care about?), the K24 engine, and the Honda picnic table accessory that lives in the cargo floor.

Digging through BaT, I've seen low-mileage Gen-2 CR-Vs hammer anywhere from $8k to $20k depending on miles, so I figured a 78k example with the toad rig already done was worth around $12,500. But honestly, I'm guessing to a degree. Is that ballpark sane for the RV crowd, or am I way off in either direction? Any red flags I'm missing, or stuff I should be calling out that I'm not?

Appreciate any thoughts — never thought I'd be worrying about such random niche stuff, lol.
