What the f*** HKBU

I am so so so upset with this school right now. For context, I planned on being an exchange student FOR ONE SEMESTER at HKBU as a senior college student. Mind you, I have mentioned MANY MANY MANY times to the admissions office that I am a college student applying for ONE semester. So for the past six months, I have been submitting paperwork and everything else to the admissions office BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT THEY DIRECTED ME TO DO.

WELL SURPRISE!!! They emailed this email saying that THIS ENTIRE TIME, I HAVE BEEN SUBMITTING EVERYTHING TO THE WRONG APPLICATION AND THAT MY APPLICATION WILL BE WITHDRAWN!!!

THEY SAID I HAVE TO SUBMIT IT TO THE INTERNATIONAL HKBU NOT THE ADMISSIONS OFFICE. So now I'm fucking freaking out because after they accepted me, I already booked airfare tickets and I already planned EVERYTHING around this trip. LIKE WTF?! I'm so upset and annoyed because I ALWAYS had to remind them that I was a college student and only staying for one semester BUT APPARENTLY THEY DONT LISTEN LIKE WTF??!!!

Will I be accepted???

I'm a junior in college and applied to be an exchange student. I was already nominated by my university and they have a partnership with HKBU.

I have a 3.2 GPA, my school already sent my nomination letter and proof of my English proficiency, submitted my transcripts, completed my student visa, etc etc.

I'm honestly just scared i wont be accepted because my freaking family is planning on flying to HK and visit me, but its not guaranteed that I'll even be accepted.... so now I'm scared I'll be rejected since everyone is planning around my schedule.

I'm even more anxious because HKBU doesn't provide a specific date of when school starts and I also don't know when they start accepting people...
