Can’t believe how soft these are. They feel more broken in than rangers I wear almost daily. They feel great, like tennis shoe soft. Nice variations on the leather too. Pics don’t do it justice. Nice to have the toe caps a little different too. I think a Numzaan in kudu would be ridiculously comfortable as well.. if they made these in a premium leather midsole AR, Numzaan, 719, even an AR8 I’d have a hard time saying no. Only downside, no green laces… 😂 but that will get fixed real soon. I hope everyone else that got in on these likes theirs as much as I do.

Got a pair of custom shoelies off eBay, leather midsole, natural crepe sole, rough out leather. Beautiful shoes. Normally have super feet greens in everything but these fit a little loose around the top by the ankles with insoles in, lots of heel slip, so I decided to try them on with no insoles. The fit is now soooo much better, heel slip is pretty much gone as I can get the top to close up better. Seemed a little weird. I have other regular shoelies that are fine with the SG’s in them. These it seems the SFG heel is just too tall, and I get that gap just under than ankles, but my feet love that arch support as I’ve had tendons tear in both feet and the arches collapse. Anyone here with flatter feet just raw doggin’ some JG’s with no insoles? I keep seeing how they will “mold to your feet” .. well how much molding are we talking about here? Will I get a little arch support eventually? And how long before it does it? Thought about adding a plain leather insole as well or maybe a thin foam one while it’s molding. These are not really a daily wear shoe so I can suffer a little discomfort for the short periods I’m wearing them but would rather not.. OR.. would having a collar added or something else help with that loose top issue? Seen the pinched vellies in another post..
