Lightning fried 2nd router

2x in 2 months a lightning surge seemed to have fried my router. It's getting very expensive! I suspect my connection to the condo is not ground bonded. I contacted xfinity last month when the first router was destroyed and they promised to open a ticket but apparently didn't. This time I was able to get a ticket number but the CSP didn't know what I meant about a grounding issue. How can I get xfinity to verify the proper grounding?

I have a whole house surge protector and protected power strips so I am fairly certain the surge is traveling through the coax.
