I’ve been on and off topical minox for the last 3 years. I finally did a comparison picture.
Top: 2023
Bottom: 2026
I still feel extremely self conscious about my hair, especially when I’m around my mom, but looking at this, there are still flaws but it feels like it’s better than 3 years ago and I want to appreciate that. I want to work on being more consistent, but for anyone who is starting and feeling discouraged, it will be worth it.
