If you leave kratom in water for a couple of hours does it lose some of its potency or am I good to go. I dont got time to always make more.

Hello. I'm new to reds but not kratom. What's some good reds that give energy instead of making you tired/relaxed.
I'm a mom and I can't really be tired/relax my kiddos have adhd and autism so I'm always on high alert. But ive been in some pain lately and the greens are not helping as much. What's some good red veins that won't put me on my butt.
