Hi all, looking to buy my first gun, primarily for HD and range use, potentially some CCW in the near future.

I like what the P365 offers, especially how modular it is. I like what i see in the Ramjet Afterburner Barrel, and would like to mod the p365 with one.

However, I havent shot a comped or ported pistol, just normal glocks and things with friends. will that setup be ok for HD?

are there concerns with sound or muzzle flash indoors at night or indoors?

Those that have that set up, how do you like it for indoors and low light?

Im sure this gets asked a lot: Beretta a300 patrol or 1301 mod 2? Both brand new. Im only asking since my local store has a a300 for $900 (instead of $1100) and locally i can only find the 1301 for $1800.

This is my first shotgun, and I've never shot either: neither of my local ranges have them as rentals. Ive shot pumps before, which are fine. I want a semi auto

I was hoping to get a nice, "buy it for life" quality shotgun. Mostly home defense but some clay/range shooting.

Is the 1301 twice as nice as the a300? Have you tried both? I can afford either, but its hard to ignore the price difference.
