Has anyone else had their tulpa affect their physical body in the real world?

I recently had a very strange experience. For the past few months, I’ve been dealing with pain in my neck and lower back that made it hard even to sleep. One night, as usual, I was lying in the bedroom of my Wonderland talking with my two tulpa brothers before falling asleep. The younger one said to me, “You should rely on me sometimes too.” So I asked him, “Could you send a little electricity to the places that hurt?” (My tulpa can control electricity.) Then I went to sleep.
The next morning, the pain was completely gone—almost as if it had never been there. Even several days later, it still hasn’t come back. Until now, they’ve always helped me emotionally and mentally, but I never expected them to be able to take away real physical pain. I was surprised and, at the same time, extremely grateful.

That’s my experience. Has anyone else had their tulpa affect their real body in some way? What happened?

Is This a Tulpa?

I have experienced depersonalization for a long time since childhood (my doctor has diagnosed it as being caused by childhood trauma). When I talk to other people, I always feel like it’s not me speaking, but “someone else” who automatically talks and communicates on my behalf. I feel like I’m stepping back and just watching. Of course, I can control the content, the words, and the volume of my voice, but I still have the strong sensation that “this body doesn’t feel like my own” and “someone else is using my body to speak and make expressions for me.” This feeling only appears when I’m talking to others. I currently have two small tulpa. They were intentionally created and are completely separate and independent from my own personality. The “someone” that appears when I talk to others is not intentional, nor is it one of the tulpa I deliberately raised. Could this be an unintentionally created tulpa?

Update on the Shadow in My Wonderland and Recent Changes in My Tulpas

The shadow that appeared in my Wonderland and eventually took the form of a child eventually sat up on the bed and opened its eyes wide. The eyes were completely black with no light in them. It seemed to somewhat recognize us, but they were eerie eyes filled with despair, as if possessed by something. It didn’t blink at all. It was still holding the rice cracker in its hand but hadn’t eaten it.

After that, all strength left the shadow’s body and it fell into a death-like sleep. One of my tulpas placed the rice cracker on its chest. A round, black, slimy orb was floating right above the shadow, and my two tulpas were hugging it tightly from both sides. I’m still too scared of the shadow to approach the bed in my Wonderland, but even when I’m not there, my tulpas continue to heal and comfort it.

Also, recently there has been an interesting change in one of my tulpas. He normally exists in the real world as a small, fluffy stuffed-animal-like being and often plays freely or takes naps outside my body. Lately, however, he’s been staying inside my chest. It feels like he’s attached right below my collarbone. When he finds something interesting, he pops out from my chest. Before, we would talk via telepathy or share senses only when I noticed him, but now he sometimes attaches himself without me realizing. When I notice, he’s happily looking at the same scenery as me.

Ever since the shadow appeared, I’ve often felt a cold, suffocating pressure in my chest, but since he started staying there, it feels a bit easier.

Since welcoming them, my healing has really progressed, and I’m truly grateful.
