Is my art even good enough for comms yet?
I’ve— as the summer‘s come around again—gotten to think about doing commissions, as finding a summer job to save for college is really hard nowadays. I’m working to build a following, but I want to know if my art is even good enough before I start. I don’t wanna put the cart before the horse, if you get what I mean.
Any advice is welcome as long as (not sugarcoating) it isn’t made with any mean remarks or pessimism! (as in, please do try and be constructive, ‘preciate y’all!)
I’ve come to Reddit for some advice, considering I seem to snag good advice when I peruse the subreddit on occasion—though I haven’t personally posted in a little while.

Yes, I am aware the fingers are awry in the second image— and I made the first image a few minutes ago, as a means of showing my sketches/rough doodles. I hope you appreciate them.
