A lot of people i know seem to hear about something on TikTok before they see it anywhere else the problem is you can get the story in 20 seconds without knowing what actually happened It's convenient but also kinda messy.

Do you trust TikTok when you first hear about something important?

I'll see the same thing on my FYP like 5 times and suddenly it feels like everyone is doing it, even though I probably would've never heard about it otherwise.

It's kinda crazy how fast TikTok can make a random thing feel like it's everywhere What's something you only cared about because TikTok made it popular?

Basically I am new this genre , I usually dont read books but my best friend do and her birthday is in a week so I was thinking to gift her some good book which she'll really like , she currently finished slammed, point of retreat and this girl by colleen hoover , also she have read a risk on forever by N.S. Perkins , as far as I know. So can yall suggest me some good books she'll like cuz I have no idea about these. A little help will be appreciated.

Sometimes I'll scroll for like 30 mins and every video is somebody travelling, going to concerts, making money, renovating their room or doing something crazy

Then I put my phone down and I'm just sitting there eating dinner lol

I know most people aren't posting the boring parts of their life, but it's still weird how easily you start comparing your normal day to somebody else's best 20 seconds.

Even when I know it's edited, it still kinda gets in your head has TikTok ever made your own life feel boring for no real reason?

Both apps keep recommending short videos, but my TikTok FYP still feels more personalized than YouTube Shorts.

Which one keeps you scrolling longer?

Whenever I want restaurant recommendations, travel tips, recipes, or even tech reviews, I open TikTok before Google.

The videos feel more real because you're seeing people actually use or experience something instead of just reading an article.

Do you still Google things first, or has TikTok become your go-to search app too?

First of all I am really sorry for not being active on the sub. You know most of us are droppers so we have very less time for social media that's why I was not posting or updating the sub , but recently I saw few engagement in the sub so I have decided to active this sub again . We will post our achievements and completed targets here . Even if the accomplishment is small it still matters , we will appreciate it . By this we can build a good community of serious droppers for jee 2027 . Hope many of you will engage with me..
