A LeBron reunion with the Miami Heat is the ONLY way he saves his legacy and catches MJ.

Now that LeBron has officially left the Lakers, the entire NBA is waiting on his Decision 4.0. While the media is hyping up a Cleveland homecoming or a partnership with Steph in Golden State, the objective truth is that he needs to return to South Beach.
Miami just pulled off a masterclass by trading for Giannis Antetokounmpo. If LeBron forces a sign-and-trade to Miami (likely using Andrew Wiggins' contract or the MLE), he forms the most dominant defensive and physical frontcourt in NBA history alongside Giannis and Bam Adebayo.

Bronze, please don't go to the Cavs, free ring with Sixers to end your career is right here.

76ers or Cavs…?

LeBrons choice should ultimately come down to where can he play meaningful basketball for the next year, and be given a chance to win a chip.

I think Cleveland has more appeal because of the history but I don’t think he wants to go into a playoff run with James Harden. Here’s a projected sign and trade that makes Cleveland more appealing to him

Pelicans trade
- Dejounte Murray

Cavs trade
- James Harden

So then it becomes…

76ers
PG: Maxey
SG: Edgecombe
SF: Brown
PF: James
C: Embiid

Cavs
PG: Murray
SG: Mitchell
SF: LeBron
PF: Mobley
C: Allen

Assuming the pelicans continue to be a directionless and poorly managed franchise who agrees to this trade, where would you want him to go?

Is anyone else out here struggling to explain that you can think LeBron is a great human being while openly admitting he’s just not your guy? 🏀

Most talk about basketball legacy debates is a total lie that forces you to either completely hate an athlete or treat them like an untouchable deity. The reality of being a hoops fan who grew up during the definitive shift of the modern era is that you can hold massive baseline respect for a player's structural execution while maintaining your own stylistic preferences.

The guys had an incredibly honest conversation about this on the latest track, sparking right as LeBron officially entered free agency. On a human level, the man is an absolute blueprint. He does phenomenal business, he is a great dad, and he has navigated a lifetime of intense media scrutiny without a single character flaw. It actually sucks to say, but he simply checks every single box except for the one that makes a fan claim him as "their guy."

The highlight was throwing it all the way back to his high school junior year when he first hit the cover of Slam Magazine alongside Sebastian Telfair. Dawud was a definitive early adopter, screaming at the room that this kid from Akron was the next historical great while everyone else was completely skeptical of the high school hype. He was completely right from day one. Do you find yourself respecting LeBron’s unmatched longevity while choosing to cheer for other players, or are you all-in on his free agency landing spot?

Thank You, LeBron: A Reflection on One of the Greatest Careers in NBA History

I’ve been writing a series of essays on race, culture, sports, and media, and I wanted to take a moment to write something different.
I’ve criticized LeBron James over the years when I thought it was warranted. But I’ve also believed it’s important to recognize greatness when we see it. This essay is my reflection on his career, longevity, leadership, and the impact he’s had both on and off the court.
I’d love to hear what you think.

LeBron was treated unfairly in LA

My goat saved that franchise from nothing after Kobe, won them one of the hardest rings oat, just mfs who dkb say different, gave everything he had, was it perfect? No, nothings perfect but the way some Lakers fans, mostly Kobe stans, treated him, you would think he missed the playoffs every year or sum shi, he shoulda came back to Miami, second stint with Jimmy Buckets and Bam, 2 more rings atleast, LA didn’t deserve the GOAT, esp for 8 years. 😞✌️
