DF64 Gen 2 - Chute covered from outside (?!?)
Brand new Grinder. After couple of weeks, I was curious to look under the hood. There was the chute covered in ground coffee... I wonder how the heck it got there! Because all ground coffee should be contained within the chute.
Wrote to Espresso Outlet and they sent me a chute replacement right away. I'm still not convinced that it is the chute's fault. Still need to do the overhaul.
Has anyone encountered this situation before?
