You are my cousin, why?😭

So, as you saw from the title, I have a very serious problem with my OWN COUSIN!!!
And yeah, it's not a prank!😭
So, I'll start from the beginning of the problem;
We are going back in the year when I was at the fifth grade of school. My cousin was one year older than me and he was at the sixth year of school.
At some point, we had gym outside and I went with my friend in the second floor where our class was.
As we were going to our class, we saw my cousin with his friends (I think three of them?) coming from my class but laughing!!
Okay, at some point I thought that maybe some of my classmates are friends with him but.....NOPE!!!
After two days, my she-friend came to me and to my friend and she said to us that someone left under her desk some love letters!
I was like "Oh my God!! Who can do something like that?" and then my friend turned to me and he said that maybe my cousin did it.
We went the three of us in our teacher and we talked with her our problem and with the idea that she could help us.
We had this situation for about two weeks? And another time we talked with my cousin's parents and it became a battle....really!
Anyways, after about 3 (three) to 4 (four) years, all the summers we were hanging out together and with my brother together but he had a very strange feeling.
And this summer, he started (my cousin) making us his slaves saying to us without kindness to open the lights, to open his phone, his bag and....for some reason me and my brother continued doing that things without wanting to do it.
Anyways, I am trying to find a way to get rid of him and I want your help!😊
