How to clean/shut down machines
Machines is the only BOH position where I have no clue how to close, so, what exactly are the steps for shutting down and closing a machine fryer?

The store I work at doesn’t offer it, I’m guessing it has something to do with the leftover cheese in the mac & cheese bags but I’m not sure how y’all make it
Usually we have 5 people for close each night, what do y’all do to help get out of there quicker? I swear it takes almost an hour to close if anything isn’t perfect
My girlfriend is currently 17 and is planning on joining our vacation which requires a domestic flight, she is going with my family but doesn’t have any form of photo identification besides a school ID, can she go without one?
Is that allowed? I saw on the internet a POV of someone doing dishes at CFA and they put raw dishes in the dishwasher, my CFA has always forbade this and mant in the comments did too but some said it was allowed. What do y’all’s CFAs do? Handwash or dishwasher?
