EDIT: SOLVED.

I didn’t press the reset buttons long enough.

Misfortune, we are driving from Norway to Denmark now, our daughter is going to attend university there. Backed the car out of the garage, noticed the screen won’t turn on.
As in, at all. It’s completely dark.

Tried the reset thing several times (not sure if I held the buttons for 15-20 seconds) and it won’t come on.

Unfortunately, due to the circumstances (and a 8am ferry to catch) we have no other choice but drive.

I was on vacation in Finland, and got a notification if I would like to activate Gemini.
At the moment I was on one of those short ferries (takes about 30s to get across), so I decided to wait as the car needed to be in Park in order to activate it, but since, I can't find it.

Tried Settings and everything Google settings, but I can't find it anywhere?

Edit:

We discovered why: the glue on the e-tag got heated while the car was sitting outside in the sun for hours, and the tag eventually came off the windshield.

It was parked in the garage, garage closed, car was locked but went off at 7pm. Nothing detected on the camera in the garage.

Is this a common thing or something to get the autos hop to look at?
Is there anywhere logged what triggered the alarm?

If I have one criticism of the car, it is that the turn signal handle doesn't automatically turn off once you straighten the wheel after making a turn. I very often have to push it in the opposite direction to get it off.

Is there a sensitivity settings somewhere for this?

I'm still confused as to how the digital key is supposed to be assigned to your profile when you unlock the car.

Now, my wife is a bit shorter than me, so when she has been using the car, it's super cramped for me to get into it (unless I wait for the OS to boot and manually switch profile before I get in).

I managed to establish yesterday that the fob was attached to my profile and the seats adjusted accordingly. I had to leave my Apple watch and iPhone inside the house and approach the car with the fob.

I accidentally deleted the iPhone key (it's called "switch device" in Norwegian on the profile, and to me it sounds like "oh, switch associated key on your profile? Super nice!", but what it does is delete the digital key. No "Are you sure? Yes/No". It deletes it, no questions asked.) yesterday.

I only had the key on my Apple watch. I added the iPhone key, deleted the FOB from my profile - and it still won't switch to my profile when I unlock the car.

What am I doing wrong?

I gave up appealing (been shadow banned since January!) and created a new account. I tried to create two posts in two different subreddits, but both were "Removed by Reddit's filters" automatically

I am a little confused by keys and profiles:
I have a key in my phone wallet, but I also have the electronic key on my iPhone/Apple Watch.

Are these two different from each other? Because I paired the physical key to my profile, yet it doesn't switch to my profile when I open the door, after my wife has used the car with her profile
