Anyone else notice the loud "boom" that happened around 10:05 this morning?
It was weird, as if it was subsonic but not quite.
The disturbing part was that the windows opposite to where I work were shook a lot.
So the last couple of days during runs I notice that my HR starts doing these spikes as seen at the right side of the chart.
The common thing is that I am quite sweaty at the time and even starting to cool off.
Is it a known glitch for sweat at the sensor to cause these spikes or should I go to a doctor or something 😅?
To be fair I felt pretty good during the run.
