Chickens?

I've always liked these dogs but we have chickens in our backyard free range. Will they get along or is the prey drive too strong in these breeds.?

Durability

I was thinking of getting a Model S but at least once a week I need to drive down 7 miles of rough dirt road. I don't mind going slow in those situations. But I don't want to destroy a beautiful car nor gets stranded in the middle of nowhere.

I know the model X might be better but I've always liked the look at the S much better. I appreciate the opinions of people that actually drive these dip vehicles.

Ford help please.

Everywhere I go I get a different answer. Can I get an 26 F-150 Platinum Plus or KR with CCD and a six and a half foot bed?

I know that CCD was in the 2024s but I'd read it was dropped.

A surprising number of Ford salesmen have never even heard of CCD...

I need a super smooth ride on the highway and I understand this is my best bet if I want to stick with a Ford product and a Truck.

Johns Hopkins?

So I am male 58 years old and this disease is kicking my ass. My PCP is fantastic and he ran all the labs and everything was positive but I am the first case of Sjogren's he is seen in our small town in the middle of nowhere. He suggested traveling somewhere and getting all of this figured out and then we can maintain it.

Looking online Johns Hopkins was rated number one and none of the top 10 are close so it's all travel. My doctor referred me three weeks ago and we know they have everything but they have not contacted me nor have they returned any phone calls.

Are they worth the trouble? Is this normal? I don't mind waiting if I have to but the zero communication is killing me and the refusal to return a phone call I find insulting. Some people have suggested going to the University of Pennsylvania instead? Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions on this?

I did see the local rheumatologist and even though I have all the positive labs and all the symptoms he just said that it was too rare in men so I couldn't possibly have it that I was just getting old and said it was probably a neurological condition.

Driving...

My dysautonomia has made driving practically impossible. Any vibration jerks potholes etc causes it to flare and exhausts me.

My doctor suggested that I get an extremely comfortable luxury vehicle to drive that will isolate me from vibration sounds and the road and possibly has some form of self-driving...

I have not taken that step yet as it seems like a stupid amount of money but it may be necessary to prevent me from becoming homebound.

Has anyone else run into this and or found solutions for this?
