What are you doing to combat them in these extreme temperatures?! Hot flash comes… feels like I’m on fire!
Any remedies? I’m 4/20 friendly so I started smoking an herb “joint” (has various different herbs I can’t remember right now) before bed for sleep, hot flashes, phlegm, etc.
One hot flash on a 104° day, and I’m already exhausted.
So I put my two weeks notice in, my DM said that I needed to burn the vacation time because they don’t pay me out. Pay period starts Saturday (my last working day), and then I have PTO (Tuesday-Friday). My last day is the 19th. Can I be on PTO on my last day? Or do I have to work my last day?
In Legion it automatically approves so of course my store has extra hours to substitute my absence. Can I technically be on PTO on my last “official” day?

So backstory, I have been an SM for two years. With the company for 3 years. I have decided that this job is too overwhelming and people keep walking out or quitting with little notice. The hiring pool is CRAP so I’ve been hiring constantly and I’m just tired of work 14-16 hour days being the only manager in the store. So I’ve decided to put my two weeks notice in…. My last day will be June 12th.
My fear is that my DM will tell me not to come back once I turn my notice in. Cause I know she will be pissed off cause there’s other stores in our district without a SM (They quit too.) Can she do that? And if she does, is it considered a termination?
I’m only staying this long to get my bonus I EARNED from last quarter.
