I've heard things ranging from shifting careers, getting into ML, getting into DevOps, getting better at system design or just leveraging AI tools better. As a swe with 4 years experience who is considering switching jobs, I'm somewhat puzzled. Things just became a lot more difficult. Would love some thoughts on this.
