Just wondering...anyone ever feel like the State of Minnesota and/or departmemtal leadership really don't care about their employees? I'm at a point right now, and this has been brewing for a while, where I just feel completely disenfranchised, misled, dismissed, undervalued (sometimes not valued at all), patronized, made to feel like I don't matter, and pushed down instead of held up. I'm not really sure how to respond or what to do. I've been with the state for almost 20 years in different departments, but in one way or another, one level or another, I've felt this way.
