I’m looking for an experienced editor with a detailed understanding of retention and pacing.

I have a YT channel with ~35K subs and am looking to produce at least two more videos/month with the help of an editor, with a goal of reaching 4 videos/month.

These will each be no less than 10 minutes and no more than 15. I’m looking to form a relationship with a single editor and bring you on long-term in the channel!
