Can you actually join the SPD without being a German citizen and not being there?
I live in Turkey, not a German Citizen. Never lived in Germany Im not planning to either. I checked out the website for fun to see if it would allow me and suprisingly it did. However there is a party fee and I probably dont want to pay that, interested if anyone is a member of SPD without being a German Citizen
