I had a shift from 8-12 and clearly remember clocking in and checking that it was punched in on workjam before putting my phone in my pocket to work however when i ended up clocking out in the afternoon my clock in was nowhere to be found. There’s only a clock out at 12:03pm and not a clock in time.

I’ve emailed the store and let them know where I was working in the morning so they can ask other team members working in the same area if they need to, and was logged into the scanner devices with my payroll ID around 8:03 already however the store still hasn’t replied. Super busy this morning I didn’t get to see my manager at 8 like i usually did so they can’t say they did see me on time :( Has this happened to anyone with workjam being super glitchy making the punch cards off and did it end up working out quickly?

^also have a good track record of always clocking in on time so surely itll be fine….
