Confused if I should talk to my manager

Hi, recently joined for the first time and so far best work place I've been at the atmosphere and the team really makes me look forward to working here and helps the days go by quicker too.
But there always has to be one person that will ruin it all.
Got this person working with me and the way she bosses around made me feel like she's a high up manager but turns out she's the same level as me but been working for 3 years. Now, I understand I've got to be told how things work and I learn from my team members while we work but she me bosses around. One thing I find extremely disrespectful is that she talks to me without even calling me by my name or saying a simple 'hey' she just randomly starts saying something and I ignore it knowing she's talking to me until she says my name out.
Today, she asked me to fold the roll cage and put it in a separate place and leaves by saying ' it's common sense to do that' and storms off somewhere.
Now I just stood there and then she starts calling my name out from a level up, when I go she's like where were you, I needed you with me. To which I reply 'You could've told me to come with you instead of walking like that midway, it's common sense to do that' she knew what I did to which she replied I'm not your baby sitter, I tell her then don't act like one and don't treat me like a kid, I'm new here and still learning how things go you can't just expect me to know it all and leave by saying it's common sense.

Now I do wonder if I should bring this with my manager. I really want to because he's really understanding the only thing that scares me if they'll fire me for this especially when I'm so new and she's been more loyal.

Woolworths Trolley Collector/Cleaner – What should I expect?

Hi everyone,

I’m starting a casual position as a Trolley Collector/Cleaner at Woolworths and wanted to hear from people who have done this job before.

I’m wondering:

1.How long are the usual casual shifts? 4, 6, or 8 hours?

2.What hourly rate can I expect, including weekend/late-night rates?

3.What does a typical shift look like?

4.Is it mostly trolley collection, or is there quite a bit of cleaning as well?

5.How many shifts/hours do casual employees usually get?

McoBeauty

Half price at woolworths.

What is going on with the reflection

Do makeup and chocolate deserve a collaboration?

UKGPRO and managers with rostering

Is anyone else’s manager rostering them for shifts which are outside their scheduled availability? Then they are saying there is no possible way to schedule you when you aren’t available, even though they have done it to me.

Uber deliveries

Has Woolies stopped using Uber drivers for the 1hr delivery time slots?
I stopped selecting the three hour time slots as the drivers seemed to be overloaded & always late (not the drivers fault).
Now my delivery tonight & my last delivery were both 1hr time slots & rather than Uber they’re using the Woolies trucks & my orders are late.
I just would like on time delivery, I don’t really care who does the driving!

My budget shop.

Tried to do a modest shop as I'm in austerity week until my next pay.

Can't help but love Italian pasta. That's why I spent $1.75 (on special) on the penne and spaghetti.

Whipping up a meal for under $5 is tough but doable.

Steak Whinge

Thought I’d treat myself… normally go to the butcher for a special steak but saw this. Don’t you love how the packaging hides that enormous fat cap… My fault 🤦‍♂️

EDIT: I emailed woolies, and they have said to take the packaging back into store for a refund and have given me a $25 gift card.

Higher than inflation price rise on Kitty litter

Inflation is running at 3.8% but Woolworths put price up of my usual kitty litter by 10%. $9 to $10. This is what’s driving inflation. They can argue inflation is driving costs but when you jack up a price more than 2.5x the inflation rate I think we all know who the problem is and why people are struggling.

*OOSHIES*

So @r/Woolworths wtaf!!!! This applies to any age group but why on earth have they run out of OOSHIES here in NOR Perth. Literally I’m collecting them for the grandchildren and not only that you receive one OOSHIE for every $30 spent and if you buy particular products you receive a bonus OOSHIE. So we have to spend $1,200.00 in total to receive 40 and chances are you get doubles, triples. I’m trying to make sense of all this bulls**t. So writing this to vent, and the kids set are half finishnd heaps of doubles.. YES there is a local page if anyone wants to trade. F*#ken Woolworths.

Where is the 2L Pepsi?!

Woolies, coles, aldi, IGA, I haven't been able to find any in about a month now and nobody has mentioned it at all. Is it just bad luck? Has anyone else noticed this? Is everyone drinking Pepsi all of a sudden? I am so curious bc I know Coles and Woolies wouldn't go without their profit for no reason.

The smell of Woolworths bags

Why do they smell like a dirty nappy? Genuinely it takes hours to get the smell out of my house after having these stink bombs in here!!

Stools at the register

I know it's not usually allowed, but I was wondering if anyone has used a medical certificate to ask for a seat behind the register and how it went. I've got a chronic condition that I was very open about from the beginning of my application, and it would be great to have a stool behind the service desk we could use when we're not scanning items. Or does anyone have experience with those accessible registers? I've only seen like 1 news story. Just wondering, cause I'm new to the workforce and the internet says they "have to make acccommodations where they can" but i don't know if that's how the real world works. thanks.

New look, same iconic taste…..NOT!

Anyone else notice a change in the taste of Milo. I reckon it’s not as chocolatey and definitely not as crunchy as it used to be. We just had a glass of milk with Milo and we were very disappointed.
