2.0 at a current Express station
We're staying open, getting a smaller map for the station that currently covers a ton of zip codes, and at least for now they're telling us we're staying 100% employees, not bringing contractors in. Anyone had a similar experience that's already gone 2.0? How did you get your new delivery area, was the switch immediate or a slow transition? Did your hours get cut horrendously? District managers basically act like we're scum of the earth asking them the most basic questions after they open up the floor for people to ask them, and our newest manager comes from ground and had to be educated on what p1 service was.
Any insights appreciated, good luck to us that are staying for now
