I have a new 8 BitDo 64 Bluetooth Controller. The analog stick almost always refuses to move the anything on the screen to the right for more than a second or so before moving to the left. I have the analog stick all the way to the right. How can I fix this?
A few days ago, I separated my shoulder in an accident, grade 3. Most likely need surgery in a few weeks.
I was doing the StrongLifts 5 x 5 workout routine but that really doesn’t seem possible going forward. After I don’t feel like I got hit by a car anymore. I’m looking to keep in shape somehow while I go through the recovery process.
I’m thinking about starting to just walk more to keep moving and then possibly just work on cardio until I get use of my arm and shoulder back. I would be interested in building core muscle and leg muscles in the meantime. Since bar work doesn’t really seem like an option. I’m thinking no need to go to a gym to use machines to isolate those muscle groups.
Any thoughts on this plan or advice from someone who may have gone through something similar would be appreciated.
