Can relay reroute parcels
Hi, I’m having an issue with a parcel being delivered through Relay and I’m not sure what I should do next.
My tracking shows the parcel is already in the UK and moving through the local delivery process, repeating 'parcel received from sender' over and over again. It’s supposed to be delivered to a parcel shop for collection, but I’ve found out that the shop is either permanently closed or very unreliable, so I won’t be able to collect it from there.
I’ve emailed Relay twice asking if the delivery location can be changed to a different parcel shop or my home address, but I haven’t had a response yet. It’s been around 48 hours since my first email, and they say they usually respond within 72 hours, so I’m still waiting.
I’m just worried the parcel might get stuck or returned to sender if the shop is closed. Has anyone dealt with this before, and is it usually possible for Relay to reroute a parcel at this stage?
