Hello fellas! I have a lil question
What would a typical family home worth around 100K usd in the mid 90s or so be today in 2026? Are we talking 300K, 600K or 1M+?

I am Norwegian and I’m just curious.. I know its a very broad number and that it depends on the city/neighborhood etc. But I am just curious to see how it compares to Norway, as a typical home worth 100K in mid 90s would be 500K-1mill+ now here.

Good example is a 100K family home from 1996 outside Stavanger in a nice «family neighborhood» with about 1600 square feet would be around 7-800K+- now.
