Infected Tattoo

WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW???????????
I got this tattoo on Father's Day. First picture is when I just finished getting it done. I've trying to take pictures to keep up with the healing process. I went to the Doctors on 6-29-26.
That's when I was told it was infected. The doctor gave me antibiotic ointment and pills. Leg is swollen and I barely can walk. Thinking about going to the emergency room today because the pain is unbelievable. The only two things used different was he used his own numbing spray and the second skin film. I haven't heard anything from the tattoo artist since | let him know my tattoo was infected. I'm so over this and the pain!!!!
