Wisdom teeth removal tomorrow

I’m scared of needles and they say the have to put me under with an IV but I’d prefer anything else other than a needle, do any oral meds or anything that isn’t a needle please tell me the truth because my oral surgeon refuses to acknowledge the existence of anything and won’t answer they just redirect back to “it will be so easy you won’t even know the IV went in” I’m sick of this. Reddit please help me here?

Why can’t they understand what I want

I FEAR NEEDLES MORE THAN I FEAR LOSING MY GF YET MY DENTIST INSISTS THAT AN IV IS THE ONLY WAY THEY DO ANESTHESIA FOR MY WISDOM TEETH REMOVAL TOMORROW AND I KNOW DAMN FUCKING WELL THEY HAVE ORAL ANESTHESIA MEDS THEY CAN PRESCRIBE ME BUT THEY REFUSE TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE EXISTENCE OF THEM AND JUST CHANGE THE TOPIC BACK TO THE IV AND HOW ITS EASY EVERY FUCKING TIME AND IM ACTUALLY GETTING PISSED AT EVERYTHING I WANT TO CRY I WISH I COULD HUG MY MOM AGAIN AND HEAR HER TELL ME ITL BE OKAY ONE LAST TIME
