Bunch of questions. Mostly TTT.

Hey,

Last month decided to grab TTT to add more context to delving, make permament base, etc. Progress with TTT has been extremly slow as it is such a huge content and rule-packed book.

Here are some things I am to this day could not find answer to while rereading the books over and over again:

  1. When rolling All Overcity Room Content results 2-5 do not say what happens after ambush/trap etc is resolved. Like if it is an ambush and there is peaceful resolution I decided to just leave people in there, but what to do when I clear the threat/trap?

Is the room empty and available for sale like 10, or rabble supposed to move in, or I roll again on the table? Book states rarely rooms will be empty, but in my parties' wake in a town they live in half of a block are veggie-shops and half are empty buildings.

  1. Towns Tile Table 55 has M+ (Mansion Master) outside of a Mansion. What exactly is supposed to happen when I bump into this symbol as its description only describes stuff about inside mansions (like audiences) and not outdoors. I just want to visit the room thats behind them and they are in the way.

  2. Can Illusionist learn other illusion spells permanently from other books, like UUU? How?
EE does not state this clearly. Wizards and Druids burns scrolls for example.

  3. Whats the up-to-date rules on traits? I heard you are supposed to start with lvl 0 if you want to select a trait for a pc. EE mentions nothing like that.

  4. What other books you would recommend if I am more interested in hexploring the overworld with visiting randomly poping dungeons, towns etc. I also want to manage like a troupe of characters.
Currently Tales From The Adventurers Guild is my next planned purchase for both of those things, but what else I should look into?

Thanks a lot in advance.
