Murph hasn’t been groomed in close to a year and has a ton of impacted undercoat. I LOVE the Coat Handler conditioner it just melts it away.
What’s your favorite product for impacted undercoat?
Bonus points if you have a recommendation on whitening shampoo, I have quadrupeds and it sucks lol

First pic was about 6 months ago and the rest are her groom today.
I don’t get to groom every day, or even every week, but I feel like my grooms are becoming more balanced
Her butt looks like they’re different lengths but her right cheek is significantly darker than the left

Dug is my proudest groom to date!
have gotten a few comments that my prep work needs more work! I’d like advice or tips on fluff drying without a stand dryer (I don’t have one and anything other than shampoo and conditioner need to be purchased on my own)
I have two dryers at my disposal from previous groomer: one is a velocity dryer(idk the brand all markers are worn off)
Next is LanTun brand it’s not very powerful but has adjustable speed and heat.
Lastly I have a small neck dryer that is pretty weak but has 3 speed and cool/warm/“hot” settings that I purchased a few months ago.
I have various slickers and one regular greyhound comb.
I also have ice on ice and “just divine” brushing spray

How dry is too dry to fluff dry??

Mom said shorter on the legs than the body so I went 1 gc shorter

Sadie is 15 and her hair grows in every different direction, Yorkie mix on paperwork

I used a 5f, really wanted to use a 7 but alas it is rusted. Her coat looks SO choppy. Why? Is it the way I ran the clippers over her body? Is it because of the length of the blade and the cowlicks? Can I fix it?

I have a 30 blade and all comb sizes

She is boarding with us tomorrow so I can do more tomorrow or tonight

Sorry I didn’t get great after pics. Bonus pic of her being cute in the tub. Lots of matting and dad shaved her legs partially before bringing her in AND was there to pic up early so definitely did not neaten her legs as much as I would have liked.
