Not shocked at all, but it goes to show that these FIFA events only benefit the ultra wealthy, while us peasants who can’t afford to stay within the area (even if we aren’t going to the event)!
Why must the public pay for this??? The ticket money should fund the whole thing but instead they’re hoarding all the profits.
