What is this beast?

What is this beast?

Not sure what kind of wasp or hornet this is but my cat was about to get destroyed by Bumble Brutus over here and I had to put an end to that. I annihilated him with my long sword of a thousand souls kitchen spoon and I feel kinda bad because he didnt do anything, it was not even a fight. This poor beast was then laid upon the inspection table and I snapped this pic. I was about to flip him over for another angle and he resurrected straight from hell with seething anger and fury. This time I used the great white north glass moose mace beer bottle and he was simply no more. Completely utterly mashed into oblivion,to infinity and beyond.
Based on the damage at the scene it was confirmed the body was no longer identifiable from such carnage.
Anyways, what the hell is this big guy?

My 2019 silverado has been rear ended 3 times by clown drivers and Ive had to get it fixed every time through insurance. The last repair was done 3 years ago and Im starting to notice the bumper and paint is chipping off, bubbling and rusting like crazy. The rest of my truck has 0 rust and paint issues, only the 3 year old bumper does. Ive emailed the repair shop to ask what the hell is going on and to see if they can remedy this amateur repair as this is simply unacceptable. Im not sure if I can get anything out of this as I just started to notice how bad it got this month. It genuinely looks like highschool kids did the repair at a Kumon learning center rather than qualified professionals.

I wont name the company just yet but I refuse to accept this as a quality repair/restoration of my rear bumper.
