After 2 months of fighting with the coach about actually using my accommodations, (I am 19 weeks pregnant and cannot lift, pull, or push over 30lbs) I am officially out of OGP and start up Front this coming week. I loved some of my backroom associates and am kinda sad to leave. I am relieved to be out of there. The lack of communication between everyone is such ssa and I hope they can get that together for future associates.
Can anyone pull up the attendance policy and or tell me how to find it on the app? I am currently pregnant and I just started working at my store about 2 months ago. I have racked up 4 points because of morning sickness. I have been seen and put on medication, but its not working. I don't want to sound like I want special privilege or treatment, but I called in and told my coach that I called in for pregnancy related illness, and he said he would fix my points and now they are refusing. My points won't fall off until January and I'm due towards the end of February. What should I do????? I was told that the points wouldn't count since I'm pregnant but aparently they still gave them to me.
