I ruined my save and don't know what to do

So basically I had a save in which i got fucked up by an armored hyena and died, winding up with my food ruined by Troglodytes, so I went to reload a previous save. However, I kept confusing the folder containing saves with one that I used for playing with my brother as a different character, so i renamed both folders after the characters, not realising that doing so removed my ability to use either. So I went back, but I didn't know the uid of either, so I instead made two new characters and replaced their save data with the data of the two old folders. They showed up in the game when i pressed "continue," but now when i load either, they just force open a new save, and i die the moment i wake up at the shipwreck. I've heard that I can fix this by renaming the new save folders with the uid of the characters I want to use, but I don't know them. Is there a way to find them elsewhere at all?

My OVA Hot Take

Call this a hot take or not, but I honestly think that the OVA hype is way overblown. I think that it's certainly a fun watch and is wonderfully animated, but there's a certain feel that the manga and anime have that it doesn't. It's that same feel that drew me into JoJo in the first place, perhaps the grounded setting mixed with the vibrant, colorful, flamboyant characters and story. What I dislike about the OVA is how dark and gritty much of it is, the way that the pacing feels rather rushed, and how the bright colors are drained from much of it. Additionally, I don't really think the artstyle has the same impact that the manga and anime have, and I think the fights feel a little too over-the-top (for example, Star Platinum throwing a massive pillar at DIO). However, I did like a few things, such as the cut away DIO does when he "teleports" using THE WORLD, and how silent and instant it is.

TLDR: It's not at all a bad adaptation, but the hype for it is way overblown and I think that anyone who says it's better than the anime is overselling it. Both are very good, but I'd put the anime two or three tiers above on a scale of 10.

If you’re not aware, DC comics currently has a set of comics called the Absolute Universe, which is an alternate universe in which the villains are the ones in power, and heroes are small, sudden disruptions in the system instead of being ingrained into it as defenders of justice. The villains are more extreme and over-the-top, and the heroes, to counter them, also go to greater, crazier heights. I particularly enjoy Absolute Batman and its darker themes.

My girlfriend recently began working on a concept for an ”Absolute” version of Spider-Man, and I wound up with inspiration for my own ”Absolute” version of Moon Knight. Other posts relating to it are on my profile.

Basically, the main antagonists of the second “act” of the story are a version of the Thunderbolts, which in this universe are a team of public superheroes created by the government under the influence of General Stephen Rogers. The members are as follows:

Dr. Harry “Hank” C. Pym, aka Ant-Man — A genius scientist credited with the discovery and development of a mysterious energy he calls “Pym particles,” as well as the mysterious Quantum Realm. Due to the unstable nature of “raw” Pym particles on his body, he wears a suit specially designed to maintain his body’s molecular stability. He cannot remove it. He can use Pym particles in combat via throwable disks and emitters in the palms of his suit. Because of the nature of his body, he sees the quantum realm overlapped with ours, and can use it to his advantage to move great distances near instantly by slingshotting himself through it. He is cold, calculating, and arrogant, seeing other living beings simply as masses of atoms. He leads the Thunderbolts project in order to further his studies with active field research.

Dr. Curtis Connors, aka The Lizard — Another government-employed scientist, who specializes in medical and biological research and experimentation. After he lost his right arm in an accident, he developed a serum using lizard DNA and an unknown regenerative compound in an attempt to regrow his arm. While he did grow an arm, the rest of him changed too, becoming a large lizard-like creature. However, the regenerative compound went a bit overboard in his arm, causing it to deform and mutate, becoming larger than his other arm and rather grotesque. With study, he learned to control the transformation, although his new arm would fall off and shrivel up every time he became human again, to be regrown when he transformed again. In order to maintain public appearance, he puts on a hollow, highly flexible and expanding vibranium mesh brace over his right shoulder that forces the arm into a more uniform shape. It looks kind of like a black Winter Soldier arm. It’s painful but necessary. He’s fairly agreeable and easygoing as a human, but as The Lizard, he becomes very curt, cunning, and significantly more cruel. He became a Thunderbolt largely due to Bureaucratic arm-twisting from his superiors, although he doesn’t mind greatly, as he enjoys working on new research with Dr. Pym, and in Lizard mode, has found a taste for violence.

Capt. John Walker, aka The U.S. Agent — John Walker was a legendary war hero, the first American Superhero, whose presence at Normandy in WW2 made the battle essentially like crushing ants. Unfortunately, at some point shortly before the atomic bombings, he was reportedly lost in Antarctica, frozen in ice after a clash with the Soviet hero Red Guardian, who the Soviets sent in anticipation of future conflicts after the war ended. Recently, however, the US government has succeeded in locating and reviving him, returning him to duty as one of the Thunderbolts, and figurehead of the team. In terms of personality, think Soldier Boy from the Boys tv show, but less wisecracking and a bit more serious at times. The Super Soldier serum has given him incredible strength, stamina, and durability, to the point where he could easily punch out Rhino. While the Super Soldier serum gives incredible improvement to the body and mental capacity, it was also discovered in early development that when a subject perceived a danger sufficient to elicit an adrenaline rush strong enough to exceed physical limits in order to survive, the subject would enter a highly difficult to control berserker rage. Thus, the scientists behind the serum modified it, so that future subjects, such as Capt. Walker, would have their fight or flight reactions significantly reduced, to the point that almost no human or human-made threat could pose enough of a (perceived) danger to the subject that they enter the aforementioned Adrenaline Fury. Simply put, he’s biologically modified to not feel fear. Not shown are the SMGs and handguns he usually carries.

Wade Wilson, aka Deadpool — Arguably the weakest of the group, 33-year-old Wade Wilson is also the newest addition to the Thunderbolts. Originally, he was a small-time failed comedian struggling to maintain even his shoddy little apartment, due to gambling debt. Even worse, he was suddenly diagnosed with cancer in his lungs, liver, and brain. Without any treatment, doctors gave him months to live. Desperate but without money to pay for treatment or any family willing to do it for him, he found himself in the labs of the Weapon X Project, a younger offshoot of the old Super Soldier project. He was given a newer version of the Super Soldier serum, under the false pretense that it could also cure his cancer, with the terms being that he would have to provide a few months of service. To the shock of everyone, instead of amplifying his body and mind like it did John Walker in 1943, the serum interacted with the cancer in his body, awakening a regenerative factor so powerful that almost nothing could kill him, save, eventually, for his own cancer. Specifically, wounds that he would take would be replaced by cancerous scar-like tissue, but interestingly, large enough parts actually seemed to gain a Super Soldier’s physical capabilities. He was made to join the Thunderbolts to test the effects of his new powers on his body. He’s actually an incredibly inexperienced and terrible fighter, who only survives and wins fights due to his regenerative powers. He wears fairly average tactical combat gear over a simple red uniform, with the only special costume part being his mask, due to the expendable nature of his body and the high expenses that the special-made super-suits take to be made.

The Ghost — A strange entity discovered during Dr. Pym’s attempts at connecting with other dimensional spaces through the Quantum Realm, with an eerie, rakish humanoid shape and the strange ability to use its own body as a portal, passing partially or wholly between our plane and an unknown pocket dimension. Due to its ability to do this partially, it can effectively use it to pass through solid matter like a Ghost. It also doesn’t appear to Be sentient, or to think in the sense that we do; it reacts to stimuli in order to do things. Thus, Pym bound it into a more humanoid suit designed to track its movements and prevent its escape if necessary, equipped with a chip connected to a powerful computer program designed to stimulate it with signals that manipulate it into acting at least somewhat like a human. Again referencing the Boys, think of Black Noir in terms of its general mannerisms. Its most deadly use of its power, while rarely used in public, is ”possession.” In this meaning, it teleports its limbs or other parts into the pocket dimension, and re-emerges them directly underneath the skin of a victim, inside of their respective body parts, shifting to fit the skin’s shape, so that no one immediately notices, controlling the victim’s movements, dumping the swapped out insides in the pocket dimension. Of course, this instantly kills the victim.

My loose sketch so far

I’ve drawn a few of them, being Ant Man, Lizard, and US Agent. I have a loose idea of how Ghost and Deadpool should look, but I need some help with Ghost. I’m thinking something like Kroenen from the Hellboy comics, but I’m struggling a lot. Outside of its suit, Ghost would maybe look something like Absolute Mr. Freeze, but not as thin and blank white and less solid.

Kroenen

Kroenen on the left

I deliberately kept some of the designs initially tamer, despite it being an Absolute adaptation, because they’re supposed to be presentable to a public crowd, and are limited by it. They’re way worse when they let loose.

Any suggestions or ideas? Also, any sort of feedback on the rest is MASSIVELY appreciated.
