Hi I am new player here and stumble upon travelling trader and bought two shark cartilage. I wonder the crescent great axe or crescent scythe is better? I used pole arm in my last character, but just wanted to know which is better?

Also the two weapon has ethereal damage itself. If I imbue lighting onto the weapon does it stack like physical damage , ethereal damage and lighting damage?

So I want to play the game with 2 of my friends and Idk how to, there are mods to do it? If they're wich one u would recommend? Also do they work on DLCs also?

Hi,

I want to legacy chest the light kazite armor, but do not have the pieces.

I know they can drop from kazite bandits in the antique plateau, but drop rates are low and I run around the map a lot looking for them.

I've been to the top left corner, where you can enter the train and thought about resetting that area, but that does not feel efficient. Some chest can drop them as well i think.

So does anyone have a efficient route to farm the set?

I play on switch, if that matters.

Need help with a tanky mage build

I absolutely love the magic in this game. Runes are awesome, and I've been having a blast with Hex Mage and stuff like Torment. I also tried Sigil Mage, but being so stationary feels a little scary.

In pretty much every game I play, I end up as either a tank who gets in your face and refuses to die, or an assassin who does so much damage the enemy barely gets to hit me.

I really want to combine those playstyles with magic. I want to be a battle mage who can get in the face of big enemies, take some hits, and still throw out powerful magic.

What skills, breakthroughs, armor, weapons, etc. would you recommend for this kind of build? I have the DLCs too.

Side note: I enjoy 2 handed weapons in most games but if a better build uses 1 handed or purely magic im all for it.

As first comment i just want to say this one of my favorite games to play. I have played it before the dlcs and after the dlcs and its been i while since i played it again (a while means at least 6 months lol).

Right now if i want to play my mayor issue is play a build i have not played yet, so im open to suggestions about builds to play.

I've played (as i remember and may be more): pure mage, pure rune sage, philosofer fire builds (also frost builds), builds in its own elements (ethereal, decay, lightning), thief build with dagger, tank build with the heaviest armour, mercenary build with pistols and elemental pistols, kazite build, fist build (heavy and not heavy). I mostly follow a site where people llave their builds, even a trap build with Roger engineer. Also dlc builds with hex mage from a distance, ritualist melee builds and that is all i remember now lol.

Im open to suggestions about fun or strong builds you've made/seen/played.

I’m starting a playthrough with a friend who is very aggressive in combat. They love swinging away whereas I’m a much more patient player. It’s their first time playing, so I want to make a build that best compliments them. They’re currently really enjoying the greataxe moveset and have stated they’re not gonna grab too many magic skills. Any and all advice would be appreciated, and since I have no knowledge of greataxe builds, I’d love some recommendations to pass along to them as well!

I defeated the boss and got no items and the key isn't outside the boss room where its supposed to drop. I also checked and have no saves before the boss fight. Am I just screwed?
