Premium Plan Credits have NOT/NEVER replenished??

Premium Plan Credits have NOT/NEVER replenished??

My team and I are so confused, my department at my company is thinking of getting the maxed out Pro plan, but we're currently on the Premium+ plan.

BUT we're getting second thoughts, hear me out. I'd like to preface this with a question..

Question: Is anybody else having an issue where a new billing cycle hits, your card is charged, but you fail to get your credits replenished every month as stated on the Plan & Billing tab?

I've topped up credits during the mid of the month countless times mid-project, but finally realized, "wait a minute, how come the credits never reset or replenish, we've been on this plan for almost past half a year now."

I've tried to reach out to support and received no response.

It's discouraging and misleading, and would really like to continue Magnific but if this continues, then might have to consider other options?
