Bereavement policies on Dal students

My grandparent passed away 4 days ago and I had an assignment due this Saturday. I had emailed the professor last Friday saying that I'm still grieving and that I may need a few days to complete the assignment however I told her that I will try my best to complete the assignment on Saturday. The professor didn't respond to email in three days because of the long weekend. I completed the assignment however I had a lot of difficulty concentrating and completing the assignment and I submitted it one hour late because I was still mourning as my grandparent passed away last Thursday. The professor responded to my email today evening and it was quite minimal and brief. She didn't even acknowledge that I suffered a great personal loss or gave me few grace days to complete the assignment. She just told me to submit the assignment on Saturday. Her email didn't seem warm or compassionate with my current situation and I'm truly disappointed by the way she responded. I'm wondering if this behaviour is normal from professors when students undergo a personal loss?

Where can people go get tested at Dalhousie University or IWK to know if they ADHD or Autism? Is this free? How does this process work because I am really new to this.

Okay so apparently when I search up my professors names who taught systems pharmacology on RMP. Their names do not show up ? how on earth am i supposed to vent my feelings and share my opinions about my overall course experience? RMP helps future students to read previous students experiences and whether it’s a good idea for them to be taking a specific course. I filled in the SLEQs but I firmly believe they don't really change the fourse structure much because some of these professors do not really care about students experiences and they rather stick to what benefits them.
