LPN to BSCN Distance Learning

I am an LPN looking to upgrade to get my RN license, as that has always been the goal. I am working to have the required 1800 hours completed and I have a 91% average under my belt from graduating the PN program. I was looking at the program at St. FX and interested in the distance learning, so I can continue to work and make a living while studying.

If anyone has completed this program - specifically with the online distance learning - I would love to hear from you about your experience.

How long did it take in total to complete?
How often did you have to attend in person labs/classes?
Is there any benefit to taking any science courses online through St FX while I wait to apply? Would the credits possibly be transferable and therefore shorten the length of the program, or does everyone graduate together?
Is there anything else that may benefit me to know prior to applying in regard to the school, the program, the courses, etc ?

She’s definitely saying Dooty/Doody whether or not she wants to admit that to herself idk maybe she can’t hear herself right? 😂 basically if you have to try so hard to pronounce a T, your probably saying a D . 😂

Is Kayla not the one who used her son’s “struggles” as content? We only know about everything because she has put it out there in detail.

Also, Kayla mentioned she does want more kids. She said maybe in 3 years time. Thoughts on Kayla having another child even though she has these genetics that cause a child issues ?

EI long tenure worker - 20 weeks extension wait times?

I have hit the maximum of 40 weeks of regular entitlement and now have to switch to the temporary extension of 20 weeks since I was a long tenured worker.

When I filled out my report this friday, I noticed this morning only 1 week was approved, and 1 was rejected. Upon calling a representative I am told that since I have used the 40 weeks of regular entitlement, it has to move to the 20 weeks extension and to do that it must be manually evaluated by another representative. I was told this may take up to 21 days to do so.

I am wondering if anyone else had this experience and how long they had to wait? Obviously my concern is that I will be in financial hardship if I do have to wait the full 21 days since I will have no income for that time. I will be calling them every week to check on updates, however I am looking to try to ease my mind that I may have to choose between getting groceries or paying bills during this long waiting period.

So, how long has it taken for you to have your claim evaluated once switching to the extension of 20 weeks ? Did it take the full 21 days?

Kayla passed out

You can tell from the look on Sunny’s face that she was concerned about Kayla being passed out & it wasn’t just because she was tired. Kayla getting up and laughing because she’s immature. Go the fuck to bed and grow up!
