Use What You've Got! My "Faux-verland" CRV (2024 Hybrid)

Hello, just thought I'd share my 2024 Hybrid CRV that I use for all of my camping adventures.

I like to take my grocery getter to some hard to get to areas in Alberta and British Columbia, Canada. It's definitely not as capable as a dedicated 4x4 vehicle, but it's what I own, so I'm going to use it!

I camp pretty much every other weekend and built a platform for the interior that I sleep on. It's been a lot of fun so far and can't wait for many more adventures with it!

My 2024 CRV in Camp Mode

I camp almost every other weekend around Alberta and British Columbia in my 2024 Honda CRV. It's fun trying to find new sites and access areas most wouldn't think this car is capable of.

Typically I'd find crown land but this particular trip was a remote rec site near Brisco, BC that was nestled up on a quiet lake. I built a platform for the back to use as a bed with an Exped mattress. As well I made a cheap awning to get a break from the sun and rain (which has been non-stop this summer in AB).

Will post more down the road as I adventure quite often!

New Channel - Am I On the Right Path?

Hello,

I just started a channel (car camping vlog style) about 2 weeks ago - I've had the handle for years but just started being active. I have posted 2 videos now and have a few more ready to go on a semi-consistent schedule. I know this is very early stages, but I am I am just wondering if I am on the right track to gain viewership based on the below stats?

Both videos have about 100 views one is almost 2 weeks old since uploading, the other was published 3 days ago. I've received a handful of likes on each and a few comments, and I have gained 5 subscribers since I started (which I am actually thrilled about!!) My CTR rate is approx 4% (unreliable data on video 2) and about 20% of viewers watch the entirety of the video(s).

Would these stats suggest I am on the right track here?
