I have a 86? Cub 1810 im trying to figure out what do do with. Its and pretty okay condition but really hard to start, most likely the junk aftermarket carb that I had to reroute the cables to work.

I pulled the motor and gave it a proper cleaning a touch-up, but now let down by its carb, still have the old one.

630 hours when the clock stopped. (I think its stopped)

Deck belt keeps blowing, deck likely needs spindles, ele clutch spins when off. So seems like I need that too

Double wheel weights, led lights. But no implements like a plow

I bought a new one from HD, and obv the new one is a kia compared to this clapped out Cadillac.

I also have a new mini tractor with a bucket and loader, so its in this middle area of use for me.

It would be fun to electric swap it, I have always had a passion for that, but its hydro, so that doesn't make sense for electric drive.

Give me some thoughts

We assume we found it in the backyard. This kinda rock isn't common to our property. We are very impressed.

Update on the apiary: Over the winter I lost both my colonies. NE us had a brutal winter and this was my first winter. I had two swarms from spring.

Friday I bit the bullet a bought a nuc from a local beekeeper. Monday he says his friend is looking to get out and has two more nucs available for an incredible deal.

Then today, after weeks of attempting to lure a swarm. My neighbor calls me in a panic thinking one of mine got away. NOPE! My wife and I went on our first swarm catch and it looks like it worked! 4 new colonies in 5 days!
