One week on. Face muscle twitching. Liver are dull ache. Need an advice..

Male 42 yo. I started Strattera for the first time in my live 7 days ago. 25mg. It work immediately and it is very strong. I probably didn't have any dopamine left so my body reacts very prominently indeed. Never felt anything like this. I kinda feel more focused and balanced, and can get my shit together, wow, but:

Unfortunately I get so called Hemifacial Spasm (Face Twitching) below my right eye which is very annoying, a headache, and a dull ache in the liver area which I didn't have before. It is difficult for me go to the doctor unfortunately to check on it

I am thinking of quitting and exploring other non stimulant options.

Can anyone advise me what to do? Have anyone had anything similar? Did it disappear over time?

I'll be glad to hear your thoughts..

Is Thumbtack a scam? oh yeah !

1. What Is Thumbtack

Thumbtack is a platform that can connect professionals with their potential clients. Ideally, that's how they advertise themselves. I am an interior designer and architectural photographer, and I decided to try my luck there. Why not? That's what I thought.

2. My Suspicions

Why am I proposing the idea that it is a scam now, then? At first, I was surprised by how much they charge — about $65 per lead. Then my suspicions became even more real when I didn't get a refund for a "lead" I never even got an answer from.

3. Birth of the Theory

And then I got a theory, but first I'll walk you through the process of getting a lead from them; it'll be short:

  1. You create a profile with your service and set up a weekly limit for spending on new leads.

  2. Then you get a so-called "Direct" lead. Direct implies it's only for you. But no.

  3. Any client can contact unlimited professionals — sometimes 10, 20, whatever — and it still counts as a direct lead for you.

  4. Every professional pays full price automatically. In my case, it was about $65 for one lead. It can be much more, and much more frequent.

  5. You answer the lead. The client doesn't respond to you, but answers another professional from that group of 10, 20, whoever they contacted. That's considered you "taking part in the competition" — and you're not refunded.

4. My Theory. The Juicy Part.

Why wouldn't you, as an owner, create a department in a separate country, powered by AI, with 1,000+ client accounts, that just texts multiple pros every day and answers one — and legally charges them for every lead? You mix it with real leads, say 30% real vs. 70% AI bots, so there's no suspicion. Don't forget, everything is confidential, so no one can prove anything. Sneaky, effective, profitable.

5. Conclusion. The Casino Always Wins.

Poor professionals who try to advertise their businesses there. Delete your account and find better ways! Don't fall into the trap of proposed success and try to compete with a system designed to rip you off — or keep you floating like river litter, luckily staying afloat, supporting the machine of modern slavery, hoping pointlessly for a better future, gambling for a stupidly small return, because the numbers will always outperform you.

Stay away!
