So the Upper Silesia state historically (and in-game until update 1.13) was split between Prussia and Austria. This allowed for more role playing as Bohemia.
Since the update it got simplified and Austria owns not a single bit of Upper Silesia - the Austrian part has been re-assigned to Moravia and Western Galicia which is incorrect and a step back in terms of flavor and historical accuracy.
What was the reason?
