I have the Fellow Opus. I have a consistent debris field of grounds residue in the base and around the grinder on the countertop. Has anyone figured out a way to contain or limit the debris field mess it produces?
Every time I go to empty the grease tray, the metal liner is leaking grease into the tray. Or maybe grease has somehow dribbled into it in such a way that it got under the liner? Anyway, it’s a mess. I can’t just remove the line and dispose but it’s dripping grease and the tray also has a layer of grease in it. I’ve started freezing the entire grease tray to try to manage the grease, but then the grease that has leaked under the liner is also frozen and locks the metal into the grease tray.
How do you manage this?
