Lifetime Customer Leaving
I have literally been with CIBC since I was 10 years old. After 50 years (personal accounts, two car loans, mortgages), I have decided to leave due to the experiences I have had over the last six months. I escalated an issue I had with my branch to the community manager who assured me he would look into the matter. After sending a follow up email one month later, I still had no response. The following week I submitted a claim to Client Care. The case manager emailed me twice, called me twice (while I was at work). I called 5 times, sent 4 emails with specific dates at times I could be reached. Never heard from her. Called the main office. The person I spoke to said the case manager would call me in one hour. I never received the phone call. So I am done.
