I'm genuinely curious. When you see a colleague in the office, and they are sick, coughing, runny nose maybe even wearing a mask. Do you think to yourself; "I respect this person, because he comes to work even though he is sick"?

I'm asking because I spoke to a colleague once, and he told me that it's best to just come to the office if the sickness isn't that bad. He was coughing the whole day with a slight fever, but wearing a mask.
